Advantages of ‘MS Azure ER through CloudHub’

03
Transmission quality

Efficiently link large amounts of data through direct connection to the network and supports stable transmission quality.

Security

Protects sensitive business data by controlling every path on the network and not exposing it to the public internet.

Backup/Save

It can backup/save large amounts of data within a data center quickly and safely using a dedicated network connection.

Cost

It uses a variety of port speeds from 100Mbps to 10Gbps, making it more cost-effective than when using a regular line.

Configuration method

04

CloudHub, as an official MS Azure partner, combines various connectivity with the lines that is connected with MS Azure ER to provide connectivity suited to customers’ environments and aims.

- It connects co-location resources within KINX IDC or connects infrastructure (on-premises) resources using a dedicated line.
- Hosted connections can support multi-cloud configuration and managed service.

Procedure

05
  • STEP 1. Create a MS Azure account and connect ‘physical network’ with KINX Cloud eXchange
  • STEP 2. Determine how to use the MS ExpressRoute

    - Select peering location (KINX, Seoul)
    - Bandwidth selection (50M, 100M, etc.)
    - Select the billing method (select between metered and unmetered)
    - Select between Standard or Premium add-on

  • STEP 3. Link with KINX Cloud eXchange

    - Provide necessary information such as Service Key (S-Key) and VPN ID to KINX
    - Provide information when setting up the routing environment

  • STEP 4. Connect to service using MS ExpressRoute

    - Connect Virtual Networks with Azure private peering
    - Connect to Azure public peering using public IP
    - Connect to MS cloud service (Office 365, CRM online) using Microsoft peering
